The Moon III. Formation and Evolution

Recent numerical simulations and new data from the Clementine space probe allowed to reach a much better understanding of the formation history of the Moon and of its evolutionary history. In this third and last talk about our satellite I shall shortly outline the most recent results and pin point some still unsolved issues.
